No, it is not unicorn ejaculate. Nor is it a growth. But those are water drops just after an early evening sprinkling. I suppose they could be unicorn piss drops. I am only assuming it was rain.
It is a Peony the night before the blossom opened.

I'm guessing something with water droplets or melting snow on it, but other than that it's a mystery.
My guess is part of someone's anatomy with snow melting.
