When I joined more than a few years ago, I thought maybe this page would be different. I thought maybe there would be a balance of viewpoints that could end up in civil debate. I was wrong. If I had to guess, the foaming at the mouth the population of Micro Penis Packing Rabid Right Wingers have a two to one advantage over us Wimpy Little Woke Pinko Commie Libtards.
While what I hoped for did not come to pass, what I found still pleases me no end. I have a place to vent, rant, wag my virtual finger at the enemy. I love mixing it up with assholes online. Always have, ever since the days of Newgroups back in the 1990s when I used to twist panties on a "The South Shall Rise Again" newsgroup. It was a target rich environment and so is "Opposing Views".
Now, 30 years since the old Newsgroup days, the small nasty groups of Right Wing extremists have become much bigger nasty groups. And the nastiness they are selling now has no limits. It's almost Doomsday level nastiness that might remind one of a world from 90 years ago.
I ran across this meme on Opposing Views. I think it refers to the Charlie Kirk murder. Regardless, the comments of two of the most vocal Winger participants on Opposing Views illustrates the Christian Nationalist influenced cult mindset that has the Right by the short hairs today.
Angered by what they consider disrespect for one of their fallen heroes, Steven P is calling for Democrats to swing from every lamp post in DC; while Florence L wonders, "Which one? so many in the democrat plantation party."
This is the mindset that seems determined to destroy the America I grew up in and replace it with a dark Dystopian Theocratic America my daughter and her husband will have to live with. I hope I am wrong. I hope Trump and his evil clown circus is just the pendulum swinging too far in one direction and will hopefully swing back sooner than later. .......... Hope springs eternal .... even from me sometimes.
Until then, I will nag and pick at them, twisting Republican knickers wherever and whenever I can.

We have plenty of them up here in North Idaho.
Dora - We have plenty here also. Up Country in "The County", shake any tree and 20 of them will fall out. My town Acton, heree in the southern part of the state aligns with Trump also. At least, not too many people wear their politics on their sleeves around here.
I would say that no matter what Dora, both you and I live in beautiful parts of this wonderful land.

Kulkiri - I was a membe of Twitville for a long time. Never used it much. Didn't like the high school clic vibe that I felt.
Blog Fodder - I take intermittent breaks from playing with the brainless Winger buffoons. The breaks since Trump took office this second term have lasted longer than ever before. But, but .... politics is like that huge accident that backs up traffic for miles. I cannot resist looking at it as I pass by. only with politics, one does not just "pass by". For some of us, it is necessary to take our shirts off, puff up our chests and jump hard into the fray.
