Never seen one so out of control than this one.

Kulkiri - Okay, Not 10 years ago I was a die hard advocate of gridlock in DC. I figured if our elected idiots did not do anything, we would be better off. Now I am reminded of the old saying, "Be careful what you wish for". It's been republican sponsored gridlock for 8 years now and it is not pretty. Doing nothing is not good for the rest of us. But I am afraid that as long as there is a breath in a GOP that does not own the White House, nothing but obstruct will be the conservative policy.

MRMacrumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01414173517957120477noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9728880.post-82100757011786361102016-03-03T10:59:35.188-05:002016-03-03T10:59:35.188-05:00I keep hearing that the GOP is going to self-destr...I keep hearing that the GOP is going to self-destruct. Promises, promises!! Wish they would hurry up as my fondest hope is to see the GOP become the Whigs of the 21st century and then they would have come around full circle.

As for the Democrats, they have a bad habit of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. A lot of people are showing up for Bernie's rallies, but everybody keeps saying Hillary is going to be the nominee?? They all thought Jeb Bush was a sure thing - wrong. Trump wouldn't last past the Iowa caucuses - wrong. Bernie wouldn't win any states - wrong. And so it goes. . .

The election process this year has definitely proven one old adage true: Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
