It's a shame that it is still a problem. What really pisses me off is all the politicians that claim they love the military when what they mean is they love to throw money at defense contractors for new whiz-bang toys. Because it would be built in his state, Trent Lott pushed thru a new carrier that the Navy didn't want or need. What if all those millions or was it billions had gone to help the vets???? Or like after the Iraq war started, aWol was only going to give the officers a pay raise to keep the pilots from leaving the military and flying for the airlines. Eventually the pay raise was given to all, but aWol wasn't happy.Kulkurihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09198195648066700925noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9728880.post-86875953207491848072009-11-11T22:18:53.404-05:002009-11-11T22:18:53.404-05:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.BBChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15323188240580782454noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9728880.post-5947906095566898692009-11-11T19:24:14.730-05:002009-11-11T19:24:14.730-05:00Wow!

The irony broke my heart. Here in the city of great war memorials and hero statues also stood endless lines of destitute and needy veterans.susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00824316580207358720noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9728880.post-64548921829527413322009-11-11T16:32:04.138-05:002009-11-11T16:32:04.138-05:00We have a lot of Afghan vets here doing the same. ...We have a lot of Afghan vets here doing the same.
